To initiate a return, contact info@stonedagain.nyc with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label when applicable. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Exchanges are available for pieces of equal or greater value. Contact us and we’ll help you find an alternative.

Every STONEDAGAIN piece is solid gold or silver. When stones are present, they are natural. Nothing plated.
